Hey! I love this outfit on her in the reconstitution of Xev! Do you still have it? I'm trying to find one for halloween this year!! Let me know! You look so cute in it too :)
I am not so great at sewing, so I both cannot offer to make this for anyone and I can assure you that ANYONE can do it as well as I did with minimal effort. I used a tight-fitting peach tshirt and bra with some peach cotton broadcloth for the top. Just sew/glue the bra onto the tshirt and then attach the scales over that. Cut off any excess tshirt that sticks out where it shouldn't. Make sure you can still put it on/take it off before you glue pieces on - some of the back is pinned on so I could remove it to get in. But the tshirt is pretty stretchy. For the leather bit, I used black upholstery vinyl (get the stuff with black on both sides). I cut a bunch of little squares of it for the pattern and glued them on after I cut the main piece to fit onto the top. The skirt is a simple wrap around with a snap, and the scales attached as with the top. Then I painted the whole thing in washes of heavily thinned fabric paint.
